Return and Refund Policy

At Quinlan Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your experience is positive.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must not show any signs of wear or damage.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or customized items

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part  wrong item received, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
